III. Protocol Execution Rules

  1. The Polyphasic Sleep Golden Rule: The split schedule requires precision. Do not swap sleep blocks around or stay awake longer during the weekend. Keep sleep zones (00:00–04:00 and 15:00–19:00) fixed. Use blackout curtains for the afternoon block.
  2. The 19:00 Awakening Rule: Set an alarm for 19:00. As soon as you wake, immediately sit at your desk to study Bug Bounty. Your mind is fresh and cleared from university cognitive overload. Do not touch social media during this transition.
  3. IELTS Micro-Habit: 30 minutes flies by. Focus strictly on one skill block a day to make maximum impact. Record your progress weekly.
